The Green New Deal (650)
/We begin with a lengthy presentation of the ideological and historical thrust behind the Green New Deal, moving into a discussion of the importance of the surprising new momentum in youth climate activism, carbon taxes and renewable electricity in Canada’s oil-rich province of Alberta. We end with a very revealing clip from a Wells Fargo executive explaining why they invested in a bad pipeline, and Saryn’s idea for an app that helps us reduce food waste. EDIT: In the first section it is stated that banking regulations were scaled back in ‘the 1900s’ this should be ‘1990s’.
